Spotify offers free Radio services for all users in the US with an update to its iOS app!

Spotify, one of the largest music streaming service currently available has geared up to push an update to its iOS app in the coming days (this week) to offer free internet radio for the non-premium users across the US.

Spotify is a Swedish music streaming service that provides extraordinary high-quality music streaming with a monthly or yearly premium for the users via the Web, Desktop or mobile applications. The app is currently available for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. And this app will now be updated with the ability to stream free internet radio to the users across the US. The Radio service was initially available only for the desktop version of the service, but now, this is expanding to the mobile devices as well.

Users will be able to create unlimited number of playlists, and create a list of their own favorite radio stations online with this app, and they can also be categorized based on the artists, songs, albums and genres. Moreover, you can also sync your radio stations. Like if you are listening to a radio station on your iPad, you can always pick it up on your iPhone when you start moving around, which is really cool.

Ask them about the Android update for this free service, they say that it is coming soon, and also think Android is very important for their market. The new update for iOS will be available in a couple of days, and you can get the update from the App Store here.
